Overview
Quote Ready is a local-first mobile app that helps service businesses create professional quotes and estimates and generate PDF documents to share with customers. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Quote Ready.
Quote Ready does not require account creation. No login or registration is needed to use any core feature of the app.
Information you enter into the app
When building quotes and estimates, you may enter information such as:
- Customer names
- Customer phone numbers and email addresses
- Service addresses
- Your company name and contact details
- Quote line items, descriptions, quantities, and prices
- Job notes and other custom fields
This information is entered by you and is used solely to build and generate quote documents within the app.
Local storage — data stays on your device
All information you enter into Quote Ready is stored locally on your device. Quote Ready does not transmit your quote data, customer details, or any other entered information to developer-controlled servers.
You are in full control of your data. Uninstalling the app will remove locally stored data from your device. You are responsible for managing your own backups and device security.
PDF generation and sharing
PDF quote documents are generated directly on your device. Quote Ready does not upload or store your generated PDFs on any developer server.
You decide when to generate, save, or share a quote. Sharing is performed through your device’s standard sharing features such as email, messaging, or file storage apps, and is entirely at your discretion.
Data sharing and advertising
Quote Ready does not sell personal information.
Quote Ready does not use personal information entered into the app for advertising, profiling, or any marketing purpose.
Information you enter to build quotes is not shared with any third party by Quote Ready.
Diagnostics and crash reporting
Quote Ready may collect limited, anonymized diagnostic or crash information through platform services such as Google Play or Apple App Store frameworks. This data helps identify and fix technical issues to improve app stability and performance. It does not include the content of your quotes or customer information.
Your responsibilities
Because your data is stored locally, you are responsible for the security of your device, including enabling screen lock, keeping your operating system up to date, and performing your own backups.
Children’s privacy
Quote Ready is intended for general business use by individuals aged 13 and older. The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the app or applicable requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
