Rental Inspect is a rental property inspection app that helps users document property conditions with photos, notes, and professional PDF inspection reports. This policy explains how your information is handled when you use the app.
Rental Inspect does not require an account. All inspection reports, photos, and entered data are stored locally on your device. No personal data is transmitted to our servers as part of normal app operation.
You are in full control of your data. Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored inspection data from your device.
PDF inspection reports are generated directly on your device. Reports are not transmitted to or stored by Clean Utility Apps. Once generated, you can save, share, or delete them using your device's standard file and sharing features.
Rental Inspect requests access to your device camera and device photos solely to allow you to attach photos to inspection reports. Photos are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to any external server.
Rental Inspect and related website pages may use limited analytics tools to understand app and website usage, improve performance, and enhance the user experience.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information for advertising purposes.
